I had an awesome time. The weather was beautiful. Glad to give up the AutoX V-Card, and will def. do it again.

FYI: Rubbing Alcohol gets cone smear out of clear bra awesomely.

 

For those of you who saw me pulled over Saturday after the event, I had a lug nut that had started to come loose, quick fix, but lucky I caught it when I did!

 

oh i saw you pulling out of that parking lot, i thought you had grabbed something to eat. I am surprised to felt 1 lug, usually 5 lugs don't feel weird until 2 are gone.

 

When I first left the air field, I heard a very slight squeaking, I actually thought it was my suspension. Pulled over and felt one lug was a bit loose (by hand), so I retightened all of them and retorqued them when I got home.

Very nice dave, you left about a second on the backend mainly due to speed, there were a lot of power straights back there.

 

Yeah, I was wayyy too slow after the tower...I never really got a handle on putting the power down early enough AND I was on the brakes too early, I think.

We'll have to stagger ourselves in the grid at the next event so that I can tag along for a couple of your runs.
