Agency Power Intake, red maf pipe, Agency power heat shield and lifetime K&N reusable filter all is in near perfect condition. there was some rubbing on the bottom of the intake filter and the heat shield, but after i adjusted the heat shield the rubbing stopped. no affect on performance or cosmetics unless you have the filter removed you cannot see it. this was only used for about 6-7k miles and i have just performed a service on the k&n filter. 160.00 shipped in the lower 48
