10/18/03 Apex Silver, Rt3 4 East
Like the title says, saw someone in an Apex silver at 9pm on Rte 4 East. The Evo pulled in off of Route 17 it seemed. It may have just been the light, but it looked like the driver's door was dented. Anyone on the forums?
