^ its definitely something you can do yourself, it would just require precision and patience.
you can order the fabric online but make sure you find a legit one , you don't want the material to arrive and not be what you were looking for. alcantara is a really nice suede i think it might cost around 85$ a yard ? i heard that somewhere. either way , search around for exactly what you are looking for ! =)

I went to a fabric store and picked out a new fabric for mine. 2 yards should be enough and just get some 3M adhesive spray and get to work!

I think this is the place I spoke with. A guy quoted me around $700 to do the headliner in black cloth.

^^like my buddy the CHUster already wrote, you can either do it right, or do it the honda boy way and use fabric dye.

do it yourself man its easy. i went to joanns fabrics which is a huge fabric store near me..got like 5-6 yards of black faux suede for around 9$ a yard(on sale) and then got 3m upholstery glue from autozone for 15$. did my headliner,a,b,and c pillars and my rear deck. then just got vinyl black spraypaint for my visors. turned out great and took around 5-6 hours to complete. i can get pics if u wanna check it out. faux suede is not highquality stuff but looks n feels like the real thing for waaaay cheaper. hobby lobby has it also.

i picked up some of the vinyl paint. i have 2 sets of everything in my car. (wrecked my last one) so im going to see how it looks when try the paint. if it doesnt go well, then ill do the fabric. worst case scenario, i ruined one and ill leave my other one stock. :-)
