Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
Doug, PCA has event for $150 for the day, that give you 5 - 25 minute sessions.
Pete, pull the wheel off. you'll see a rubber grommet on the brake disc. pull that out. now spin the wheel so that hole the grommet was covering is at the 6 o'clock position. there will be a little wheel with teeth facing you that you should just be able to see. using a flat head screw driver, you want to turn that little wheel towards you to bring the shoes inward. it might take several turns until the shoes release the disc.
when you reinstall you want to turn the wheel away from you until the shoes contact the disc, then back if off a turn or two. you should do this for BOTH sides. now your ebrake is setup perfectly. if you don't follow my text just call me and I'll explain it.

PCA site is a pain, I hate internetsPete do you have all corners to do or just the rears?
thanks brotha!
Jeff, I only have to do the pass rear, all the other were no problem. Tell you what, I'm gonna give this method a shot before we got torching the hell out of it...

Turns out Im a riesentoter.
A friend of mine with a mazdaspeed miata just mentioned he needed it done and didn't know who had one so if you guys go that route LMK.
I need to get 2 new sets of springs ordered, some spacers/extended lugs, and get all that installed (with top mounts Petey!) topped off with a nice alignment and corner balance. Don't really know when the rolling should come in, I'm assuming to get the geometry setup w/o spacers, then throw em on and we can go to town
Def don't wanna go too hasty on the rear quarters if I don't have to.Fun stuff
