NJ Body Shops?

Does anyone know of any good Central NJ (Somerset County region) bodyshops?

Looking for someone who does good work at a decent price... sounds obvious... looking for stuff like one-offs... re-clearing a wing, resealing a headlight, maybe doing a nose-job on an VIII... not major bodywork, probably what would be considered as "custom work" by your average bodyshop.

Any thoughts?

Hot Bumpers..... ehhhhhhh. If you want attention to detail, go else where. It's not high on their list of things to do when working on someone's car.
I know because I had my car worked on there.

I know there are people that have done the nose chops, but I haven't seen anyone post about a shop doing them.

Try Aberdeen Auto Collision in Freehold. Ask for Alex. He drives a X GSR painted Lamborghini green. A lot of the local guys had work done there and have been happy.

no im not working there. They are Hungarians , so this is how i know them.
And when we were talking it turned out to be im a race lover so they sponsor us .
Doesnt really matter, if i bring people to them , this sponsorship doesnt based on that.

If you need more info i can get you pricing everything. I can get you special deal too.
But as i said i cant do to much, since my sponsorships is not marketing based.

Send me some color etc details in PM and will get back to you with price asap. Also im sure they do fading etc paint job.

My car went in for very basic front end damage, and all I wanted was for them to make it look like nothing happened, and have an OEM SE lip installed instead of the standard OEM lip.

I took the car back for many small details they missed and/or forgot, and when I got my car back, there was another new issue. I'm done going back there. They were very nice to me, but their work is not at the level they tout it to be. I was very disappointed.

One of the guys that works in the body shop came up to me when I came back the first time and asked me why I was bringing the car back. When I explained to him all my issues, all I got was stupid BS excuses which were exactly that. Excuses. Things were forgotten, there were gaps, there was rust after only a month, and It was just not what I expected/what it should have been at all. After fixing a.k.a. touching up their mistakes, they managed to screw something else up.

A body shop should be MORE **** about the way a car looks when it leaves their lot then me. I shouldn't be able to point out mistakes. It should be perfect. That's why they have the car.

Am I picky and ****, sure. But I have the right to want my car to look perfect. I wasn't unreasonable, but I know what a car should look like, and how it should be taken care of.

I do not recommend them at all.
