Can someone go in to the issues they've had with Westborough service? I am planning on bringing my Evo IX there.

Went to westboro mitsu last week for a oil change and wasn't really impressed. The service guy was ok but don't think I'll be going to back there ever again. I made a appointment the day before but when I got there I had to wait 45 mins before my car got in b/c they had a ton of randoms show up. I then ask the service guy about any recalls and TSB's to see what he would say. He said he checked the recalls and I was good but about the tsb's, "I'm not going to tell you about any of those" with a bit of attitude.

Westboro Mitsu = Fail

Why not change the oil yourself? its quick and easy. Total cost is about $30 compared to the $80 that the dealership charges.

Anybody been to Quirk Mitsu in Quicy, Ma. I read online reviews and they seemed to be the best out of all local dealers, for service and sales. Any feedback is welcome, I have an appointment with them on sat, that I would be happy to cancel if anyone has had trouble there.

Ok went to Quirk Mitsu, the service advisors are tools and do NOT like mods. The actual mechanic, that I dealt with, was pretty cool, didnt charge me anything for his work, which was nice. But, do NOT go here if you have mods! That being said, can anyone recommend a good dealer in MA for light modded car?

So did I and I LOVE them! They took care of me when I explained what I was looking for, they helped me find the right evo, and they too gave me a loaner car while they prepped my 2010 for delivery.

I bought form them, my family will come to them first when my wife needs her next car, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ask for Bill or Gerry, and them them Joe sent you!

^^I am with you on that. Only mods I have that I cant remove for the dealership run is turbo back exhaust. I made an appointment today with Westboro, but would love to schedule somewhere else if they are gonna pull the whole "its your aftermarket exhaust thats making your front wheel squeel crap." ANYONE WITH MODS THAT HAS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ANY MITSU DEALER IN MA, PLEASE TELL!
