Anyway, my original post got deleted because I was typing like a moron.

For decals lemme make the suggestion of just a red diamond (not a diamond star, but a red DIAMOND) with the letters RDI over it. Both text and diamond in red with a white outline I thought would look hot. Unfortunately I suck with photoshop, but I can sketch it super quick at the meet if anyone's interested.
