Are there vendors there?

 

It was a cool meet. Tons of Evos. By luck I got to park next to the Best in Show winner - the car was meticulously taken care of and carefully modded. I hope some day to be able to make my Evo look this well put together. The owner (Larry - a very nice guy) gave it to himself as a retirement present. Here's a picture of the engine bay.

Ha, I was in the white X right behind Larry. We saw him in town and he gave us a wave on the way in. He's a great guy!

 

Good meeting some more of u guys today! My name is BJ...I had the spoilerless GG IX with south carolina plates on it...

 

Larry was an awesome guy, does all his own work, custom built his air box. Has some good plans for this upcoming winter. I talked with him for a good twenty plus minutes. He has alot of time in the car with doin all the polishing himself!! And i was lucky enough to park on his left with my pos lol my engine was disgusting compared to his.

 

i had lots of fun meeting fellow evo owners. i really enjoyed the free gifts especially the custom keychain. cant wait to see how next year will turn out.

 

Sigh...I felt the same way. Totally outclassed. My car on the right, yours on the left.

 

The rims on that yellow EVO are hideous.

Did that car win best in show?

Super upset about not making it but an emergency came up. Car was ready to go unfortunately i was not. Hope they do it again next year.

Can somebody take a picture of the keychains they were giving out?

 

That's too bad. I would like to have seen more 7s. I felt that Evos below 8 were not very well represented. I know they are not very many out there in the US, but nevertheless...
