Does anyone have experience with Brad Benson's service department? They are located 5-10 miles from where I work, so it's the easiest place for me to get the 30k mile service done on my X. I can't be bothered with changing the fluids, etc so I'd much rather just get it done at the dealer.

This is the first time I'll be going to a dealer with my modded car, so I imagine they'll be having a field day trying to void my warranty, etc. I only have 6k left on the warranty anyway, so I figure it's not the end of the world.

Ideally I'd like to go to Bell Mitsu, but they're too far for me to drop the car off during a weekday.

 

Talk to John, tell him you know Pete and he will certainly take care of you with whatever he can do I believe he is the service manager, possibly advisor. If you'd like I can give him a call ahead of time and let him know your situation.
I tune his truck so he is at my mercy lol

I've been meaning to talk to you about swinging by Krazy House one of these days. Do you guys do brake and suspension setups...alignments, corner balancing, etc? I have a set of coil overs and some brake pads (possibly rotors too) I'm looking to have installed soon.

 

Everything but corner balancing.. There is a hunter rack and road force balancer at the shop. I'll call john today and let him know.

).. He said all will be fine and dandy as long as its not warranty work for a related modded item..PM me you name (i forgot) so I can tell them ahead of time if you want..
