The previous owner I bought them from wound up spray painting them or something so they're peeling, if you sand them down or do a quick soak in some paint thinner it'll take this stuff off I bet but I have no use for them anymore... I needed a set of lugs for my rims asap so I picked these up. I now have some nicer rays on the car and am letting these go.

These include the four locking lugs and the locking key. As you can see in the photo the black finish under the paint is fine, they just need some TLC.
