I don't know how to make it any more clear. I could try using bullet points.

That is all.

Totally separate issue, but File a fraud report with ebay. I believe you have to wait 30 days. If you paid by CC, charge it back. If you paid by Paypal, file their paperwork (though they're impossible to get money from if what I've heard is true). After that you can file a fraud report with the FBI.

Ain't life grand?

Everyone tells me they make you jump through hoops. Luckily the 2 fraud reports I had to file ended up getting resolved before I had to push for money.

i think the way it works is that they can get you your money only if it is still in the guy's paypal account. if he took it out than i don't think you can get it back...

no it doesnt work like that. i sold camera and got about 450 for it. the guy was a dick and filed a report b/c i didnt give him a tracking number.... paypal took money from me. (it said -450 on my paypal account but no money was taken from my bank acount) it takes about 3-7 days for a refund. he got the item and then refunded my money (in a way). i bought a CF hood using paypal. i never got it, i waited a month, exactly a month and then filed a report. i got my money back ($550) in like 3 days. just file a report. i bought eyelids once using paypal, never got it and nver got a refund

paypal couldn't give a **** about their customers..... all they want is there 3%...... i always thought that they had insurance to back the transactions up... but they don't... so i only use paypal with legit. vendors.... no ebay or any other people.... or make sure you use a CC because the CC company will just not pay them..... and you will get your money back
