I currently rent a very large garage in the Glendale/Ridgewood area of Queens and I'm looking for someone to share it with me. It's an excellent space in between some houses, so it's off the street. I cannot afford to pay all the rent anymore, but I don't want to loose the space.
You can park your car, work on it, rebuild it, whatever as long as you are mindful. You will have 24/7 access but be respectful of the neighbors. You can easily park your car as well as use it to store things. The garage has a hose for water and electricity.
Looking for $250/month.
