Alright guys my buddy Brad called me Saturday night and told me his car got Stolen... Its a 06 WW IX.. and was Stolen between the hours of 3-4:30pm right out front of his work in Central Jersey.. I am sure the car is already stripped but he asked me to make a post with his mods and for everybody to lookout for them.. Pm me if you have any info for the fellow evom member..

06 ww ix with these mods:

- Perrin Turboback
- Hks Intake
- EPM o2 dump
- Hotchkis Lowering springs
- ETS uicp flanged for tial in black
- ETS licp in black
- ETS 4in FMIC

 

Sucks to hear about his car, but i think pics would help ID some key features.

 

yea pics.. but to be stollen in front of your job...thats crazy!... someone from the job could of been in on out as a lookout... but will only be speculation..

That's crazy with Evo's getting stolen. I work at the airport in FL and security had to kick out some random people taking picture of My car and My friends Subie. Effin thieves.

 

I just txted him, he will chime in when he gets off work later with some pics.. thanks for the response guys

 

I'm in central jersey also I will look out for your friends car. But like u said if it happened Saturday its most likely stripped by now. Did he least call the police when he found out it was stolen?

 

That's the reality of things. I do agree someone had to have been watching and waiting. I hope The sad part is in jersey, things disappear quickly. Good luck w/ retrieving it guys.

my buddies STI got stolen from Bridgewater Mall yesterday as well. 04 Blue STI w/roof rack and dark blue wheels.

i have a WW IX in Central NJ and this scares the crap out of me.

would be real interested to know where the theft took place.

 

yup i can vouch for this as well.. when i talked to my friend brad he spoke to a relative that is a police officer and said a blue sti was stolen from the area as well

 

shocking....bridgewater mall i thought was a decent place.... never saw any funny business there...

how are all these cars gettin driven off so easily

 

Hey Guys...i really dont know what to say... the car was mine im going to post up pictures right now and yes the sad part is in new jersey things do disappear very quickly and are stripped down within hours.

 

That is ****ty... Almost want to install a kill switch in it now... I hate nj!

 

where in central nj did this happen?
