After looking at the list again, only one person is bringing charcoal. Im thinking we need at least two bags. It would suck to run out.

Ice and coolers too I guess. Just trying to think of anything before we get there and someone asks for a fork and knife and we say yeah we have 20 but there are 40 people here, Lol.

Although, it's no big deal to me to run out to Central valley and get more supplies if needed.

 

I think no one else is bringing coal because there is a member bringing propane grills.

And I think we don't need forks for the food that's being served, and a real man eats with his HANDS lol

But yea worst case scenario we'll just grab something from the nearest town.

^^^ agreed. If the weather doesnt hold up we still have the rain date next sunday may 22nd just incase. Hopefully everyone who committed to May 15th will show on that day as well.
