I recently moved to Westchester County from North Carolina. I can't seem to find one of those spray & wash, do-it-yourself places. You know, the one where you put in $3-5 in quarters and you use the spray wand and wash your car. Are there any around here?

What part of westchester are you in ? I am in yonkers and know of a great decently priced hand car wash !!

 

Where is your place in Yonkers?

I'm in New Rochelle. I've found a few hand wash places in the area which is great - but they're all over $20/wash. I go to them once a month. I want to find a spray and wash place that I can use in between the hand washes - just to blast the dirt and grime off the car.

I am not sure of the price because I usually get my company to pay for it. =) There is also a Valero gas station that has a self wash machine there and its just down the st. 1061 nepperhan ave. I am not sure how good the bursh is etc. but I know it doesnt get much use because people don't even realize its there.


P.S-Thursday nights 9pm-... theres a good turnout of cars here in yonkers pass by Nathans on 2290 Central ave in yonkers or Dunkin Donuts 132 tuckahoe rd which is about 2 mins around the way from nathans....

Thanks for the heads up on the meets. I know exactly where that Nathan's is - been there to eat once before and been to the Golfsmith and Best Buy that are just down the road.
