IHOP/Bear MT crew chat
No... not at all. It doesn't bother me to see others getting work done to their cars... Frankly it doesn't get to me as much as it used to. I haven't driven my evo since august 21, 2009. I've been tbrough hell and back with it and sacrificed way too much for me to rush it. When it comes out... i assure you that I'm probably not going to drive it much. Most likely will be something like a garage queen that I take out on very nice days or to a meet or track event. It's a 2004 rs with 22278 miles... I think is keep it low just because! My Lexus is pretty quick and I get new demos at work every 2-3 months. Plus after I'm done building my trans and cranking the boost on my gs300... I'll probably get another Honda and boost that.
Moral of the story - you guys could talk your ****... But it doesn't matter.

Yeah, you go Boost....... One day you will get to drive your Evo,one day.
At least you got the other head off to swap parts.
As for me, Ankur and John helped me look at a Evo that didn't run.
Might be picking it up tomorrow. If all goes well it will be running by the end of the week and cleaned up for sale.
I'm even going to do a full 60k so the new owner doesn't have to worry.
I think the other guys were more excited than me when we looked at the car.LOL
