i jus got into a car accident...dis morning....****en garden truck backs up on a one lane road....and he rams into ma car....ma left fender is gone, ma left head light is gone, grille is ****ed up, and ma hood is ****ed up....aiiite...i am takin ma car to geico on monday to get ma FAT CHECK....

now da help i need is.....i need to know if anyone in NY can do dis all for me for real cheap...so i have sum extra cash to spend on ma car....hehe....dun know wut i should do....help me

I was just about to ask that...I mean, if it's not your fault your insurer or the insurer of the other driver will cut you a check for your deductible and they handle it from there.

 

well...i am gettin a check from da insurance....jus dat i want to go to sum place cheap and good....so i have left ova cash to hook up ma car....

 

I doubt you'll be getting a check that quickly. I'd seriously be impressed if you did. Even and open and shut case can take a while to settle, much less get the liable party's insurance to cut a check. I think you'd be best doing some calls and driving your car to a few shops (assuming it's drivable) and getting actual quotes. As much as someone on the forums could help you, you'd most likely do better on your own.

And are you talking all crazy to confuse or or just to make it so we don't wanna read more of your posts?

 

What I've inferred, without reading the stuff that makes my eyeballs bleed, is that you got in an accident.

Take the check and go yourself.

Don't try to rip the insurance company.
