Catless in the Northeast...

Just wondering if anyone who runs a testpipe or HFC has had any cops or DMV mobile inspection teams give them issues about touching the OEM cat in the area? Thanks!

You should be fine. Cops dont check if you have a cat or not here in nj. As for the inspection from what I've heard as long as you have no CEL you will pass.

In Cleveland you wont get checked but at the Echeck they do visual checks to see

You'll be fine. I've been shooting some nice flames for like 4 years and never had a problem. My dd is catless too and sounds like a gunshot between shifts.

Seriously Rob, must you be this scared? I had my test pipe on for nearly 15,000 miles. Those were hard driven miles. Never have I once got checked. They don't do mobile checks here in NJ.
