STOLEN EVO IN NEW JERSEY!!!!! Help!!!!
I know this is NO consolation but could be worse don`t believe me. I found this in a local newspaper. It`s tragic. Evo is becoming to have a REP.

Reading this story really pissed me off
You guys should google this thread's title and see how many hits come up, it's a really big deal now because of how awesome everybody is and how much support I've received. I'm humbled by it, thanks guys and keep it up
I showed my wife this and the story of the guy killed for his evo. She now wants me to get a prius.. I hope you can recover your car. I know what my car means to me and most of us in here.

Dude I am sorry... anything stolen from that mall is gone in a matter of hours. I am in NJ. I will keep a eye out also.
But anytime u park near a major freeway. AKA 95.. anything stolen could be anywhere in a few min north or south.. Watch craigslist.

Did you have an alarm system? People may laugh at me for using the CLUB or a brake/clutch lock but it works!

Sorry to hear about your car OP. Unfortunately for you, myself, and several friends of mine it is a story we know all too well living here in NJ.

I know an alarm cant stop a thief from stealing a car, but it does help. This is kinda a "wake up" call for me then. I do have an alarm in my car that I installed, but now im gonna install a tracking system in the car just to be on the safe side. I think its about $500 for the tracking unit that I want and you can you track it yourself, which you can view on satellite maps. It also has some other features. I used to install Lo Jacks professionally. The only thing with them is that you cant track them yourself. You have to rely on the police. Lo Jacks do have their pros and cons vs. a good tracking unit.
