Dude I am sorry... anything stolen from that mall is gone in a matter of hours. I am in NJ. I will keep a eye out also.

But anytime u park near a major freeway. AKA 95.. anything stolen could be anywhere in a few min north or south.. Watch craigslist.

Did you have an alarm system? People may laugh at me for using the CLUB or a brake/clutch lock but it works!

Thieves will think twice about stealing your car with anti theft devices in your car. But sorry to hear about that man.

It sucks that he had to kill someone before taking his own pathetic life.

Young people are becoming weaker day by day... if you want something bad enough, earn it with hard work and perseverance.

Sorry to hear about your car OP. Unfortunately for you, myself, and several friends of mine it is a story we know all too well living here in NJ.

Wow that sucks. Im sorry to hear. Did you have an alarm in the car?

I know an alarm cant stop a thief from stealing a car, but it does help. This is kinda a "wake up" call for me then. I do have an alarm in my car that I installed, but now im gonna install a tracking system in the car just to be on the safe side. I think its about $500 for the tracking unit that I want and you can you track it yourself, which you can view on satellite maps. It also has some other features. I used to install Lo Jacks professionally. The only thing with them is that you cant track them yourself. You have to rely on the police. Lo Jacks do have their pros and cons vs. a good tracking unit.

I'm sure they got battery back ups or whatever but can't they just rip them out easily? or disconnect the power supply? but I'm assuming they have some kind of battery back up inside. I think that and a fuel pump/ignition kill switch is the best thing to do, and hide the switch/es obviously
