Hoping another member close by can meet up and help me out. I bought a used plug and play DLI 2 and my car is stumbling on idle tip in now. If I unplug it, the car runs perfect. Coils and wiring are all correct. Hoping another member with or without a DLI 2 can meet up so I can verify if this unit is functioning properly.

 

I met up with Adam with my evo today to pook over his car. I unplugged my dli, connected it to his car and his car ran fine. Re connected his dli and his car ran real rough at idle and hesitated when he gave it gas it fell on its face. The dli unit is malfunctioning and doesn't work correctly. Whether it was from the previous owner, manufacturer or damaged in shipping, it doesn't work now. Adam is an honest upfront person and I wouldn't blame him for being upset. If the seller feels that the until is fine he should take it back and resell it then. He should be refunded the money because he sent a defective product and it was tested. These units are almost impossible to damage in whether is was a result in bad tuning, or previous owner misuse etc but the bottom line is, the product doesn't work and is not as describe. A refund should be given bottom line
