PCD: Last year's version
only got meatball one time out of the 3 sessions i ran. although i only did a few laps in those session just to get a timed lap for points. and i think they brought out the meatball flag when my dip stick pop and smoke came out under the hood. if it's just smoke from the exhaust, they usually let you go.

Reason I notice is I am working out again after 6 years off, almost as long as no track days.. need to lose 20 lbs. by end of month for Nationals
. Funny how hard jogging is the first 5-8 minutes, my azz runs slow. Then for whatever reason I can just run after that, weird I kind of get into it with the tunes and all. Never ran outside before, always on treadmill. I dig the terrain changes, hills and everything. Six pack in 3 months, old man will be in better shape than all you youngins...maybe
for real though 20 lbs by end of month we shall see.

As soon as I read you were trying to loose weight I knew karting was gonna come into play in that discussion somehow. 
I prefer riding a bike to running, running kills my knees after a little while. Walking around on solid concrete floors all day doesn't help either.
If any of you guys wanna get together for karting on a monday night this month I'm game.
