i wouldnt write it off yet. the pistons are not factory material, and the car was kept in a non heated garage and hasnt moved since early november. both front calipers leaked, but i just drove 30 miles home and lost no more fluid. gonna take a look at it now...if the seals had gone bad i would suspect that it would have happened on track and not while sitting motionless.

im crossing my finger the stainless pistons shrank in the cold.

^ rubber seals will shrink when cold and can leak when sitting around for awhile. but they wont leak when you put pressure on them. RB did change the specs on the seals to make them a little thicker in account for shrinkage (no homo), after mine leaked at the glen while sitting in the garage. they don't leak on track though.

car has been sitting since CTD in a non climate controlled garage. it seems the drivers side inside lower piston was worst as thats the only one that had a ton of air in it. im crossing my fingers thats it as it certainly never gave me an issue previously.

i bled the fronts and just went for a test drive, definitely got a really solid pedal back so ill check in an hour or two and see if anything came out again.

i am a little pissed the dust boots aren't in too good shape after only 4 track days tho.

Oh. Btw, RB also has new high temp silicone dust boots that I'm testing. 4 track days and two of the days were double drivers and they still look brand new.

yeah i remember you telling/showing me. i need to email RB and get their opinion.

i just drove 200 miles, one caliper seems all sealed up, one is still flinging a fluid inside the wheel but its hard to tell how old it is/if it was just pooled or is still leaking actively.
