Where about, was it close to the bridge. ?
Did you notice if his rims were matte/gloss black?
That expressway is a nightmare to drive on, unfortunately unless I want to go 50 miles out of the way.

 

Didn't see was going the opposite direction and all I could make out was that it was a lancer or evo with all the emergency lights flashing
