I am looking for Mitsu mechanics in the area that can unlock S-Sport for the Ralliart or relearn the SRS?

Sorry to bump, but is there anyone good with suspension? I'm trying to diagnose a noise I thought was a wheel bearing but driver front wheel bearing was replaced and noise is still present

On a serious note, most shops will be good at a particular thing. Some are good for tuning Subies, some better at Evos. Some will have great skills at installing bolts ons, while some shops are better at fabrication/welding. You get my drift. NJ has a few shops that are good at some of these things. What you are requesting is odd though.
