Greetings Everyone.
Once again New England Evolution (NEEVO) would like to extend an invitation to all local area Evo's for yet another White Mountain Cruise and BBQ. The format of this one will be slightly different than the last, and the festivities will start very early on Saturday.
Please feel free to come for all of the activities and PLEASE bring a couple bucks for food and stuff. PM ME ON THESE HERE FORUMS IF YOU'D LIKE TO COME. I'll add you to the group on Facebook so I can get true head-counts.
Five Rules:
1) Don't steal my stuff
2) Be respectful
3) No Shenannigans
4) Be Safe
5) Evos only!
Thanks,
Matt

The weekend of June 28th we're going to be doing some awesome **** in New Hampshire, not limited to but including the following. Please NOTE... this is over a month away and will be subject to change:
WHO: Anyone with an Evo in the North East.
WHAT: BBQ, Lake Stuff, and a Cruise
WHERE: Trip kicks off in Wolfeboro NH
WHEN: June 28th - June 30th
WHY: Because it's fun
Schedule:
Friday June 28th
Late Night Caravan to the Lake (Location and time depend on when folks from out of state can make it.)
NOTE: All are invited to this, however, please operate under the assumption that there is not a bed for you and that there is not an air mattress for you. There's PLENTY of room in the house to fit air mattresses, and if you want to spend the night it might be a good idea to bring your own.
Saturday June 29th
6:00 AM -- Potential Dawn-Patrol Waterskiing Trip. Depends on whether or not I have a boat
8:30-10:30ish -- Breakfast. I will guilt my Mom into whipping something up for us. There's a Dunkin down the road too.
9:00 - 12:00 -- Lake Fun. Swimming, Jetskiing, Boating (if available), paddle boards, kayaks, etc. etc. etc.
12:00-2:00 -- NEEVO / Area Evo BBQ
2:00-2:30 -- Cleanup, pick up, etc.
2:30-3:00 -- Cruise Prep, walkie check, GoPro Check etc.
3:00-EOD -- Cruise through the White Mountains. Route is undisclosed and will include MOSTLY lesser-known roads and off-shoots. I drove my route this weekend and you guys are going to LOVE it.
Sunday June 30th
All Day: Watersports, Food, Fun, and grilling for those that want to spend the night.
This will be a multi-day/all day affair for many of us and will probably entail a ton of fun in the morning / early afternoon-- followed by a run through the New Hampshire White Mountains (Route Undisclosed) in the late evening (likely Saturday as Sunday was a PITA.)
I'll have a list of what we need, what to bring, etc, HOWEVER we're going to need to have people take care of food, drinks, booze (for those of you that want to stay over) etc.
FAQ's:
What should I bring? For the event, you should have the following for each part of the day:
Morning:
- Bring yourself, maybe a couple bucks for coffee
- Sunscreen
- Water
- Bathing Suit
- Towels
BBQ:
Please be ready to contribute money to food costs either with Cash or PayPal. Shouldn't be too expensive obviously. I want to get GOOD QUALITY food that people are going to enjoy... no pre-made patties or **** like that. If you guys would prefer to eat cheap cardboard let me know and I'll get cheap ****.
In the event that we use less than cash than we have, everyone will receive a refund for the remaining amount. There will also be a side-pot for flowers for my parents as a thank-you to them for letting us use their home. If you don't agree with this gesture, you're more than welcome to **** off and stay at home. I'd like to do this again and the best way to guarantee that is to be gracious guests.
White Mountain Cruise:
- FULLY CHARGED WALKIE TALKIE/Radio -- We'll be doing a group- buy on some of these hopefully. Kevin (our local radio/radar/electronics expert) will be selecting the appropriate brand for our needs. These are great to have and they're very helpful. We will have charging stations setup during the AM / BBQ. Very important this one. Also helps pass the time if we get stuck in traffic for some reason.
- Water
- Topped Off Car -- We may not have 93 readily available during this trip. I believe there's 93 in Wolfeboro and will find the closest Shell Station with 93 for those coming up. Those of you that need E85 may either want to consider loading up a bunch of tanks and leaving them at my house, or switching to your 93 map for this trip
- Empty Car -- This goes without saying. Take your jacks and tools and stuff OUT of the car when we're on the run. Don't want stuff slinging around in your cabin.
Will there be parking? Yes. There is plenty of room for Everyone's car at the house. Might need to squeeze a bit but there's mostly room.
Should I bring my girlfriend? Sleeping arrangements will be tight and probably won't be a lot of fun. As for the cruise-- if she *****es about your driving or hates your car, leave her at home.
Can I invite friends? Use your judgement here. The bigger the group the more complicated it gets. Try to keep it to Evo's only. Those of you coming from a distance will be responsible for their sleeping arrangements.
Why is the route undisclosed? Why won't you tell me where I'm going? This event is meant to be for people that I WANT to join us on our cruise, and have at my house. There's been a number of instances of "Event Crashing" recently in the Greater Boston Area, which essentially involve cars that were not invited trying to join in on events put on by local groups. While we're not an 'exclusive' bunch of elitists, there are some events I'd like to reserve for people I (mostly) know-- especially since it involves my house and the generosity of my parents.
Will also need folks to help get food and such:
Food
- Sausages
- Hamburger Meat / Cheese
- Chips and Dip
- Veggies and Dip
- Vegetarian Options (Veggie Burgers)
- Grilled Veggies
- Kabob Stuff
- Hot Dogs
- Buns
- Bring-your-own-steak
Drinks
- Soda
- Water
- Beer

This sounds like quite the event. I might have to consider making this trip if I'm not working.
This event was a BLAST last year and everyone had a great time. We're turning it up to 11 this year.
