I really hope everyone takes off work and can make it to our 1st eclc national meet. it's gonna be the largest lancer meet EVER if we can get all our members to show up.

you can count me in..but what should i do with my car..i should have over 25k within a 2 months, should i trade for evo..no or should i put 25grand in my engine and just buy rims

that depends on you... there are advantages in both i would guess... the evo has a higher rate for insurance... you can get away with your lancer being cheaper there... but 25k in engine mods you would probably be able to take down most turbo/sc guys... cept maybe rrm's drag car....

Why would u put $25,000 in you're engine? spend 4k on a supercharger and just spend 3k on new pistions/rods, intake manifold, throttle body and extras.. you can have some serious hp for under 10g's.

Al, i aint going to be able to make it saturday.. i have to go into work early that day. forgot man, sorry. ill email you too.

Rather than have a 900+ post long thread, why not post in OUR MESSAGE BOARD?

C'mon - ECLC has like 80 some members, and yet only about a dozen post on the ECLC board. Get with it!

I cant view our boards. The gov't has put up a blocker for "Message Boards and Clubs" but for some reason I can use these forums

i was going to buy a whole new engine for about 17g's and rest for supercharger, pistons and all that other internal stuff, sorry im all about speed lol dont care for much if i had my car exterior body fixed up if i cant back it up

what kinda engine.. 17k is a lot for an engine for a lancer heh...plus if it doesnt fit right.. you will need more than the remaining 8k to get it to fit/work
