Me too I went to the spring one and my just meet them at Friday's in Central Valley, from there we drove up through bear mountain to the grilling spot, I plan on doing the same thing this year!

That's the location this time. Octoberfest is still going on at Anthony Wayne so we had to pick an alternate spot. We have bbq'd at this spot before and it was great.

No e85 in Spring Valley FYI. They changed providers and are waiting for a new shipment of gas. Hope the new stuff is still high test like the old stuff lol

 

What time does the BBQ actually start on Sunday?? Which location is it at the park?
Also, I'm not 100% sure if I will be able to make it so can I just contribute money instead of committing to bringing something??

Yea they originally had it planned today but the rain interfered so they moved it to tomorrow the 23rd

 

I'll do my best to help, Nick. It's tough coming down from Albany then trying to run / organize on the fly.

I don't have an official count yet but I think we're in the 10-12 range for tomorrow.

I'll try and remember to update this thread tomorrow morning.

 

Just looked at multiple weather reports, cool around 58-61 with zero chance of rain! So, dress accordingly, with an extra sweatshirt / hoodie or jacket.

I'd preload it into Google maps because the park has very limited cellphone service and it's next to impossible to make a call or have data.
