Better late than Never!

Like usual, this is a bring something to share. hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, chips, soda,etc. I will try and stay on top of this as in the past, we have forgotten stuff and sometimes people do not participate.

Also, I kinda need a running head count of people/cars. if we go over a certain limit, the parks dept wants me to get a permit and pay a couple hundred.

Another NOTE: NO ALCOHOL!! It is not allowed in the park! We were warned at a previous event if there was any alcohol we would be escorted out. So please do not bring any as having about 100 cars leave a spot because you brought some in makes enemies.

Meet times: 10:30 Parsippany, NJ. Upstate NY,CT 10:30- both will leave at 10:45.
to head to spring valley,NY 11:30 roll out 12:00 at Spring Valley for the drive to BBQ location in Harriman State Park.

Commuter parking lot. Spring valley/Nanuet location- Route 59 & Forman Dr
Nanuet, NY 10954. If driving north on the thruway, it is straight off the exit(14). make a right into the commuter lot. If coming south on thruway exit (14) make a right onto route 59, at the second light make a left then a right into the parking lot.

Is this still happening? It seems like there are only 8 people who have signed up to bring things which leaves a lot of stuff to be covered.

 

The Albany crew is still coming down. No one likes to commit which sucks.

 

That is correct, we are still planning on coming down, we have 10-15 cars.

I've also asked the people who are going on the cruise down and the BBQ to put something on the list.

 

Wish I had seen this sooner, would have put this in evom announcements and probably joined you all.
