Dont tell me you guys are all drag racers? The evo is suppose to have the best handling. Where are you guys...

 

I'm sure it is just your area. In my region there are at least 4 Evos at every event. At one event I think there were 6 Evo's in ESP and 3 in AS. At this weekends event there were 3 Evos in ESP, 1 in SM, and 1 in AS.

 

There are never any up here either, but I've been working on getting people there.... so far with no luck.

i used to autox. i had tons of fun the first time, but i got bored with the one-lap a time format soon after. plus the harsh parking lot pavement only quickens tire wear. im waiting for the road course at englishtown to open. now that will be kickass

 

Nasa have autox in Giant stadium. I go there only if there aren't any events else where because that lot eat up tires fast. I'm autoxing my evo every single week. last week at Nassau Coliseum and Orchard beach the week before. The Orchard beach lot is AWSOME!! Smooth and grippy like National lots, there were 5-6 evos including an 04 RS there last time. But they won't have another event untill Oct.... Anyway, there will be a SCCA NYR event at Nassau coliseum this week 5/30. Me and my friend's EVO will be there.

As Kevo point out....we go autox every weekend....my Advan only have 50% left....after 4000mi because of that

yeah the giants stadium lot is pretty rough...Nasa said they are going to be running a couple events at the PNC art center which should have some better conditions....I would love to try my luck this weekend but its going to be a drink beer and fall down kind of weekend for me ... jersey shore style
