I wanted users of our local evo forum called EVO-NY dotcom (I am not embedding the link) since their HOME PAGE is infected with a pretty nasty trojan/Phishing tool.. If you want to go to their forum use this link instead until its fixed.. Their forums are not, HOWEVER their gallery may also be infected..

It is something that will trigger norton antivirus, but it does not prevent the exploit from being triggered even if you are protected with a popup blocker, personal firewall, Virus Protection, and Spyware/Adaware software..

DO NOT FLAME ME FOR POSTING THIS.. but be careful when surfing sites, its possible other websites are infected with this..

 

http://securityresponse.symantec.com...load.ject.html this is the information on one portion of the exploit.. however don't think that if you have current virus signatures with NAV that you are protected.. apparently this variant triggers something else that it doesnt catch..
