Big thanks to Everyone who made the trip I'm sure you would all agree it was an awesome run!!! We had 4 Evo's and 5 other lancers come out to seaside. Great run everyone and good testing grounds for Evo's and lancers Rain handling abilities at ~80 mph (100 for those of us who got stuck behind that first light)

Extra huge thanks to Evolved04 for his great hospitality and good grub that was way cool of you bro.

Lots of people who were smarter than me got some great shots of the trip so feel free to post those up in here and share the wealth

Also I missed out on the last section of the trip (time constraints) so feel free to share anything that happened that I left out.

 

I'm back, all I will say now is that a, uhhhh, interesting event happened. I didn't get to witness firsthand, you'll have to ask ghostrider about it. I have a few pics, but I'm needin sleep right now, I'll post them up tomorrow.

Anybody that went, if you wanna make that route sometime when it's not raining or dark, that is one of my favorite drives and I'm more than happy to be a guide

WOW, had a great time today. The weather started out nice but didn't last long. Going 80 around the corners on 26 in the rain was interesting to say the least and watching the red evo grow smaller in my rearview mirror was fun, lol, j/k. Thanks go out to Josh for the great food and hospitality, will be visiting the restaurant again, thats for sure. The return trip got interesting real guick, a little off road adventure, the drunk in the white truck that came around the corner sideways spinning his wheels for all he was worth, and the good sammariton who helped Jon out, thanks dude whoever you were. Ended up being a long night but it was interesting. Will post pics when i figure out how, lol

What a trip...... 11 hours of driving for me.... but it was well worth it. Thanks again Josh for everthing. it was nice meeting you all. Thanks again all.

hey all thanks for coming. i had a good time, i am sorry again about the few mix-ups and about the bad luck- honky drunk white guys with big trucks- (que dueling banjos) they were super nice to help though. i hope everything gets worked out with ghostrider. if i can help just let me know. anyway, thanks all for coming, i had a fun time, and it was nice to see that many lancers together. we continue to take over the world. anyway despite the mix ups, statistically 1 casualty isnt to bad, and we dont have to go to anyones funeral, or wrecking yard, and leave flowers. good driving guys, but next time i am bringing up the tail, cause sounds like that is where all the action is. ha ha. keep posting pictures.

I had a great time last night . Everyone was really cool and the driving was fun. I want to say thanks to evolved04 for the hospitality and good food. Ghostrider, hope everything works out fixing the ride. It's too bad I didn't come earlier so I could've been in some of those day pics....oh well. My camera wasn't working to good either, go figure. Looking forward to hanging out with everyone and doing this again.
