hey i am just guaging to see interest in going as a group to this. we could make a run, or just meet somewhere and have lunch/dinner and go. the dates are January 27th-30, and it is at the convention center in portland. Cost is $10.00 for adults, and kids 6-12 are $5.00. under 6 is free. it might be nice to do it in the evening, and have dinner first, then we could bring family or freinds (my wife nor my 5 month old son have traveled on on run with us yet, due to slight exageration of posted speed limits!) and everyone could be bring girlfreinds, wifes, kids whatever. i will go regardless and assume most of you will as well, so might be worth looking into. if you are interested, then post um up. thanks

www.portlandautoshow.com, and no we dont get to see the good stuff, but it is still a good time. it is open until 10pm everyday until sunday, when it closes at 7.

 

I am the one putting together the WA Evo club. We are down pending our first meet. Will discuss it then and I will get back to you.

 

sounds pretty good, but there isnt much interest it seems from the guys up here. i thought there would be, i look forward to it all year.

 

I am already planning on going on the Saturday of the show. If a group gets together that would be cool.

hey coral the exact same thing happens to me. that is a big reason why i thought we (general car fanatics) could go, and have fun. doesnt seem to be much interest though. i will go regardless. probably solo, or with my dad (this disease is genetic i think) if no one else is interested.

 

Don't give up on us just yet! The WA club (no name decided yet) will meet for the first time this coming Sunday. We'll post on doing this after the 2nd of Jan.

i would lug a couple of boxes for you if need be. i have to work till probably 6 or so, but then if i jet i could make beaverton/hillsboro by 7:15ish. we could meet up or something.

 

i am headed to the auto show on sunday morning, probably around 10 or so. i am meeting bennettOZ there, and if anyone else is interested in coming then feel free to post, or pm or whatever. i am not sure about you guys but the mrs definately has other things she would rather be doing.

ps- ty- do you have enough helping you move? i could maybe get up there on saturday night to assist, but i wont be able to make it until 6 or 7 in the evening.

 

yeah man, I've been moving it a little bit at a time, all that's really left is clothes, I don't have too much big stuff to move, so it's almost all taken care of now, thanks for the offer thou
