Spotted!!
Anyone seen or know who drives the blue EVO around Seattle. It has a cf hood, graphics or stickers(couldn't tell), evo 7 tails, exhaust, etc.. The decals were black. Looked and sounded tight. I saw it on 4th ave. around 2 pm yesterday
