hey whats up guys. No offense to anyone, but the only car that doesnt look stock is ryans. You guys need to get rid of those stock spoilers and take off those damn lancer emblems. They look like ***. some of guys still got hubcaps. I mean whats the deal with that. Pop those ugly things off at least. Maybe then you will get a liitle respect. And by the way, is that parkin lot ****ing unlevel or does that yellow lancer lancer in the pics just sit unlevel like that. I hope its just the pic because that is some bad springs or something. Not trying to be a dick to anyone, just trying to give some good advice. Its cool to have a car club, but you cant be pimping stock cars. It is still a lancer and a economy car. Hook em up or dont waste your time. peace.

 

Actually, that's the newwest thing. We just have springs on certain wheels. Look at the pavement wise ***. As perceptive as you were with someones hubcaps I would have thought you might have seen the variations in height on the ground. If you trying to not offend anyone you were doing a ****ty job. By the way, take off your wheels it would "look" stock as well. I don't think their was an all stock lancer at the gtg.

Maybe you other *******s should ask him for some advise. He looks like he knows what he is doing and he is only 17. You other guys are probably older and obviosly cant afford ****. Instead of wasting your time writing threads in the forums, you should spend a little time working on your car first. Maybe then you could actually call it a car club. The whole point of our GTG was to meet up with a shop that will make our rides less stock. No one was driving stock. Sure, the ES wheels have hubcaps- so what, ****off. If it's so important to you that everybody have not stock rims you're more than welcome to paypal me the funds so I can get my F1cups from OZ (16") oh and I'll need new rubber, thanks. What else would you like to do to my car? I'd love to have the RRM headers and Buscur catback and downpipe. I haven't decided on the Injen or AEM intake yet- you can buy me both and I'll let you know which I like better. How about those Koni adjustables that are coming out, a set of those would be nice too

Just let me know how you'd like to pay for all of this and I'll be glad to shove it up your ***.

Wu, I take it all back. I looked at your ride, and those 17" rims make the Lancer a totally different car. I mean, ****, it's almost not noticeable as a Lancer I almost thought it was an Impala or something. And carbon fiber dash kit?! Nothing says the exterior of my car isn't stock like a dash kit.

Personally, I'm doing performance mods before I do any show mods. You didn't hurt my feelings at all with your comments, nor do I think did you offend anyone else for that matter. Your opinion is your opinion. It's too bad that you don't happen to like our club, what else can I say? We're all just starting up, for the most part. What's your excuse for your comments?

Not trying to be a dick? What were you trying to do then? I don't see your advice of popping off the hubcaps as being any better than stock. How is that good again? Or how is that better than stock?

And even after my bolt on mods, yes my Lancer is still a Lancer, and yes it is still an economy car. You know what, even after I turbocharge it, my car will still be a Lancer. I'm not that arrogant.

Now, when our sponsor gets done with one of our cars, maybe then we can boast. We will have earned it, and we'll have the car to back it up, along with dyno sheets, pictures, and no hubcaps either. We would've popped them off in order to properly pimp the car.

And unfortunately, we're not rolling around thinking we're hot ****, contrary to what you might think. We're a car club. We just got ourselves established a few weeks ago. We are in the process of getting our sponsorship started. Did we say anything differently in this thread, or have we done so at any other point? I don't think so.

As for Ryan's car, that's about the only thing you're right about. And again, that's only because he's the only person in the pictures that has an aftermarket body kit. God knows that looks are the only thing that makes our economy Lancers non-stock, boring looking cars that all look the same.

He is the youngest person in the club, yes. Obviously, it's not that we can't afford ****. The correct way of looking at it would be, obviously we're all more concerned with making payments on our cars before making major modifications. Speaking for myself, I'm a college student. I've got more pressing things to worry about other than a body kit and wheels for my boring looking, stock economy Lancer.

Whoa dude...Not everyone can afford all the **** to be put into a car. Like myself I afford what I can, some people have a house, a kid, go to school and work full time just tryin to get by or save for somethin better than a rediculous car...All the cars in those pics have somethin unique about them and that is truly bad ***. Not only that, but cars with factory type lip kits and minor engine mods are phat as hell to me. You see em just as much in the import mags as the cars with all the rediculous ugly **** people do the their cars tryin to make themselves feel better about there small as dick. Classy upgrades on looks is tite. How do you know what they got under the hood? Im sure you dont got Xmen **** goin on..No one was dissin on your ride cuz its what you like. I understand that you werent tryin to offend anyone, but you came off as a *** guzzlin *****. Not only that, but some of us are in this car club so we can get **** cheaper and be part of a team. Why the FU*K would I go out now and by a cf hood, and new gun metal wheels when I have the chance to get it cheaper soon? I dont even know whos car was whos and what not. I wasnt trying to make a generalzation about any of you guys. And im not saying anyone needs a body kit or wheels to have a pimp ride. They are your cars, do as you like to them. Im just tired of the same old *** posts that i am seeing everyday on this site. Like what wheels should i get, and do you think this will look good on my car, etc.... It is your car and you should do what you feel looks good. To be quite honest with you, most of the *******s that live near me have cars that look all nice on the outside, and the cars themselves suck. I just wish that people on the forums would not ask for opinions on every god damn thing. If everyone listens to everyone else, we eill all drive the same looking cars. Be original and do what you like, and you will trully be happy with the results. Again, sorry to upset anyone.

 

I'm amused by the amount of opinion polls and threads also, but you know what? Sometimes people just want another opinion. There's nothing wrong with that. I agree that your car is your car, and in the end, if you think it looks good then that's all that matters.

However, we didn't do anything to deserve the comments you made. Nobody was talking about what looks good, or asking opinions on any car parts whatsoever. If you want to take out your frustration, then by all means, go yelling at someone else. In the meantime, please don't turn our thread into an offtopic rant.
