I just remembered that the folks at Ground Zero were asking about getting a service manual from
for our cars. They said it's like $75 from the dealership, not one of those repair manuals from Auto Zone. If we can give them that, they can do some of the bigger work on our cars like internal engine work. Can't remember the other details, but I'm sure Brian and Andrew remember some stuff that I don't.

I myself have been looking for a shop manual for the lancer .. but havent been able to find one. I wonder what years and models this one includes? 75 bucks is kinda steep .. but if its an actual mitsu service manual, it could be worth it .. you should check what years and models it will include ..?
Got the factory manual myself. Have used it to rip out/build up/reinstall my engine. I'd say it is a must have. There are electronic/mechanical/technical bits in there that i know will not appear in any hane's/chilton's manual. Plus the factory book is not just one book it is 3 thick *** books for $75. Covering every minute detail on the car.
wow.. on my integra I paid 50$ canadian (about 35$US) for the service manual.. official from Acura!
150$ is like way to much $$$..
Maybe someone can buy it, and photocopy it (mitsubishi people, please close your eyes) :-)

i got my galant service manual for hella cheap. i forgot the ocmpanies name but they bought the eclipse and glant service manuals and scanned them bad boys into pdf format. and sold em on cd's for 30 a pop. they are only meant to supplement the people with the manual only but u know ur still gonna buy it even if u don't have the paper version. i like it cuz i don't mess up the paper version working on my car. just print out the pages i need and take it with me to the garage
that will be cool. i would like to just browse through it for a few min. steve, if you could hook us up with one of those things cheap, we could bring it to ground zero whenever we wanted motor work done, like putting in cams or pistons. i really want a cam, but i dont got the skillz.
