Anybody here know someone who has a white Honda Prelude Turbo? It's the generation last made... 2001 model? He has really bright headlights.. maybe aftermarket HID and vehicle is lowered.

I came across him on I5 between Everett & Arlington last night. I'm just curious... if any of ya know the person... for his quick ride.
