If you need new tires around here...
I got a set of Falken Azenis Sport RT-615's in 255/40/17 at America's Tires on Greenberg road off 217 for $680 (sans warranty, new stems, and I took the old tires back with me to avoid the $2/tire disposal fee...yeah I'm cheap what of it? lol).
These tires are freaky sticky for street tires after you put some heat in them, and at a savings of over $50/corner for the stock Yokos I don't see how they can be beat.
Yes 255/40/17 is a little large for the stock wheel, and yes you need to put slightly more pressure in them on stock wheels, but I really love them. I tracked them last Friday when it was 95+ degrees out & the grip didn't fall off all day!
...And yes that's me passing a Lotus Elise
