Dam dude seems like everyone is leaving now a days...i am also deploying , but my **** is for 7 months and in IRAQ...USMC owns me...I leave next friday...imma miss my Evo....but, GT35R here we come ;-)

Funny but true, I did two 4 month TDYs in Saudi. I got pretty dark and sat inside in an A/C building and made sand castle's when I wasn't on duty. Ok, I was exaggerating about the sand castles...the sand was too dang hot! Take care in Afghan though!

I really appreciate all of your comments. I hope I will be able log onto EvoM while I am there. The military blocks everything on the internet now. If I dont post for awhile thats why.

i was able to post on EvoM when i was in Iraq....and ive noticed that some have posted from Iraq recently....so u should be able too...

When i was in Kyrgzstan i was able to check out this site, hopefully you'll be ok and get through, but there are ways around blocks.

My location changed to Qatar instead of Afghanistan. I was there the last rotation and it was a good deployment. If you can call it that. More of a vacation spot than a deployment. My stress level is back to normal now.
