Bigtime props to Pina Motorsports!
Just wanted to rave about my first visit to Pina Motorsports. Andre, Nick & Will - Those guys are a class act. The shop is a mess
, but that tells me that serious gear-heads populate the place. They were able to install my Swift springs on short notice and after spending a few hours there hanging around was convinced & confident that I'll be having them work on my MR in the future.
For any of you MR owners, the link below is my thoughts on the Swift springs w/ pictures.

Hi Gary,
It's been awhile. I heard you stopped by there while my car was in the shop. They got my turbo kit in and I'm off to Vishnu's on Tuesday for some tuning.
I know you've modded cars before. You should let Andre to the full-meal-deal on your car.
I agree with you, PINA is a great shop. We're lucky to have a shop like that in this area.

Hey Eric,
Yeah, it has been a long time. I was surprised to find out that was your Evo I was checking out at Pina. I started thinking what if, warranty be damned.
Couldn't be worse than modding older Porsches for track cars, except Evo parts cost less. Shoot me a PM when you get back, it would be fun to catch up.

I should be coming thru Salem around noon, Vancouver around mid-afternoon on thursday. PM me with some contact info and if things time out, we'll go for ride.
I'm hoping that I can beat Vishnu's stage II dyno results. I had Vishnu send up a reflash to the ECU with injector scaling - just enough to allow me to make the drive. Total power is probably down about 100hp from where it should be. Even with just that, drivability is excellent. Spool-up is only a couple hundred RPM's slower than stock. We disconnected the boost controller solenoid and are running off the 1.4bar WG spring. It seems that this should be safe for the drive down.
BTW, Pina did a great job on the install. I had them do a custom exhaust similar to Vishnu's. It has the same Magnaflow as Vishnu's. You should see his welds - they are truly an artform. They really take attention to details such as stainless t-bolt clamps throughout. Great shop - great people!
They have several of my take-offs for sale. If anyone is interested in a low-miles Buschur turbo-back, and more parts, give them a call.
Thanks,
Eric

The guys at Pina are great, I've personally done business with them with alot of stuff on my old car, Hell it was there so long it had its own bench (because the car broke all the time, Not because their slow). Anyways All the guys down their are my personal freinds too, And in the event that my car did need work done to it, It would never be in the hands of anyone else.
