Hi folks.. I'm looking to buy some springs.. what are a good set? I don't want to go so low that I have to crawl up curbs and what not..
I was lookin at tien S or H tech.. prob the one that goes only 1 inch drop. does anybody have any other suggestions on springs? As said before, I don't really want to drop it on it's NUTS, just give it a bit lower stance.

so, i've had it for two weeks now. I've got over 1k miles. This car lives up to everything i've ever read about the evo. 8 or 9, this car is totally a blast to drive.
So, I was driving home from work the other night and i was in heaven. I just love how much power this car has. I've tried a few corners out by my work. This car feels like it's on rails when I go around corners.
So, i'm thinking MBC/Gauge. I've heard the Hallman is a good choice, any others out there, or is that pretty much the best MBC out there?

Good to see you got a IX. Yep - Hallman Classic for about 85 green ones. Pure and simple MBC, no real need for anything more expensive. Just set it and forget it (haha, flashback to some infomercals...)
Gauge wise, thats cats-meow, what ever floats your boat. Blitz, Apexi, Greddy, Defi, Autometer...just depends on the look and psi v bar.
Enjoy the 9
