I would think it is using all OEM replacement parts. Ask to see some receipts for parts and for the machine shop. Ask is he did the build of if a shop did it. Then do some research on those shops as well.

Yea, the previous owener did most of the replacement parts but I'm more or less concerned about is if the cams are swapped and 15 pounds on a "10.5cm hot side" turbo "stock IX" is only pushing 15? The original 8 turbos would burn up if you pushed them past that so I'm starting to get an awkward feeling about this one, seems legit but to good to be true,

Matt u really need to get an Evo again! I don't have a logging partner to help now lol, my stock 8 turbo is just now starting to reject the 24psi after about 1200 miles.
