it will be cool just drive it easy and take it easy on the car for the first 1000 mile it needs time to brake in don't take it above 3500 rmps

Wrong!! Break-in period is first 600 miles and u should take it up to 5K. U need some boost for break-in.

Also, BE WORRIED about the snow. Advans suck in the snow!!!

If i were you I would go the nearest tire shop and get a set of all season tires on immediately. Driving in snow with the advans is almost like commiting suicide.

Let me put it this way, the stock tires are very soft compounds that will freeze up in cold temperature and will lose most of its traction as a result. if you are going to spend this kind of money on a car it would be prudent to use the right tires for the condition.

Do a search and you will find many posts of people who ignored this fact and end up totalling their car in the first week.

I have to Disagree on the tires... They are ok... I mean Iwas on my way to Granite Falls from Mcchord AFB and it was crazy since people couldn't drive ok and all I did was press my ACD button to Snow and it drove smooth as hell... I love it! I mean better tires would be great but the Advans can do a good job in many weather conditions... Good luck on the EVO IX ... Beautiful car either way ... I mean its an EVO. Just make sure you turn on the windshield wipers... Evo's are panty droppers!!!!! And Pu$$y tends to stick to windshields!!!!
