Anyone having warranty problems/issues???

Just curious if anyone is having warranty issues or problems... We are with our leather seat and our rotars and I am trying to resolve it.

I know your rotors are warped, but what happened to the leather seats?

I'm assuming this is at Mountain?

The seat (leather) on the bottom area, where you would sit, has a slight bubble.... Like the fabric needs to be pulled or stretched.

I had a brake problem they would'nt warranty. My brakes kept going out, and they denied my warranty. So I fixed it myself. Ending up being the front speed sensors.

Warped rotors? Have had it on several occasions. Dealer would honor a "one time" turning of the rotors. I've done it once already and it's already coming back. I will be getting some good quality pads as it seems the oem pads are not up to the task.

Ya I am having problems with my rear bumper paint pealing off for no reason and the dealership is telling me it is from inpacks which is total bs. Some of you have seen it on my car (red evo VIII).

Most dealers dont cover warped rotors. Wear and tear idem. Most of the time they will cover them at low miles. Around 3k to 5K. After that its hard to get them to warranty them. Sucks. You have already had them turn them once. If they wont replace them I dont recomend turning them again. The thinner the rotor the easyer they warp. If they wont fix it let me know. I will check the thickness of them and turn them for you. If your trying to get by cheap. Or step up and upgrade them. Let me know.

Hit up Walkers Renton Mitsubishi, they are awesome. They told me they could only remember 2 cases off the top of their heads that they had to void warenty's and they were both completely rediculous, but i don't remember them now.

Just today i talked to Corey and he was like, "did you make it Pac Raceways last week", i was like nahh, he as like "well bring it in for the oil change and we will try and duplicate your 3rd gear grind again." (couldn't before, even with me driving)

I also think they haven't had a lot of Evo's w/ issues go through there because they had no idea what i was talking about when i was rambling about calipers and wing peeling, and clutch, and brake pads, and tires. They were like "Well i don't see why they wouldn't last any longer then any other car."

So all in all it's worth the try.

My car has always had a suspension clunk and since the dealer can't find what's making the noise they won't fix it. My sunroof switch isn't working very well either. Of course, the dealer will probably not fix it due to my turbo upgrade that caused the switch to fail.

Shhhh....what are you doing?!?! I don't want all these guys with their super modified evos going there and making life hard for me now . Sean was the guy here who hooked me up and they have been pretty decent with me so far...of course so far I have had lots of mods that aren't easy to see/detect...have to see how it goes when I go back with the downpipe, HFC and exhaust on.

Haha, i was thinking that same thing as i was writing that. But i felt like i could share with other Evo owners. Sean is in sales, why did he help you in service? Brad and Corey are pimps.

What work are you having done on your car there?

Well, not when you can do it for them! But for those in desperation or people not willing to drive, Schucks is a viable option.
