Vegetarians Need Not Apply

Mmmmm..... Got my new meat mounted today.

Wheels are 17x9 FN01R-C

Tires are RA1s

I'll be taking them for a little test drive this weekend. Now I don't have an excuse when I get my *** handed to me in ASP.

I have the same setup for my car. So far, I have almost 1800 road miles and 47 autox runs on mine. I am pretty happy with them, though at full tread depth they do give up a little to the other r-compounds in autox, but for my current situation they work great.

Why does everyone buy this wheel? I like it but is there a weight advantage or something I don't know about? It has to be the most common wheel.

Because they are cheap and light.

< $200 per wheel for a 17x9 that weighs around 19lbs.

No they're silver. They look gold because of the sunset/garage lighting and my l33t camera skillz.

Everett offered to have my wheels powdercoated as well. He knows a guy who can do it for $45 each wheel. If you can beat that, I'll take it.

cheap, relatively light & strong, wide, looks good.

I picked up a set for ~470 bucks for 17x9's in black.

Nice wheels to the original poster...and I agree, let's see some shots of them on the car.

BTW, I'm vegetarian but I'm running 255 meats as well
