FS: Toshiba computer and 42 inch plasma

just figured i'd try to post here as well, this is also in the misc. fs thread.

local pick up would be best, but i can ship the computer:

$600 obo as is... This is NOT a referbished computer

This is from 2003, I bought it at comp USA for school. The computer is wiped (means I cleared the computer) so that anyone who wants can restart the computer and load what they want the way they want, all you need is the recovery discs which are like $25 from toshiba USA (I may actually have another set). I have to keep them because I bought a new Computer last week, which is a toshiba...and this is the reason I am selling this one.

Processor:2.0 GHz Pentium 4 Processor, with a 400 MHz FSB (Front Side Bus).

Memory: Has 256MB of ram, The maximum amount capactiy is 1.0 GB.

Storage: 40 GB user accessible hard drive. ( I never cam close to using it all and I had ALOT on it).

Primary Drive: The CD-RW/DVD Combo Drive is built into the system. A 3.5" Floppy Drive is also built into the system.

Display: The display is beautiful; bright, sharp, crisp, and vibrant. The 15" XGA TFT Screen brings graphics to life like a regular display never could, and the text is well defined, bright, and easy to read. LCD Native Resolution is 1024-by-768 . It has ATI Radeon Video Card with 16 MB of DDR Video Memory and comes with an S-Video Out Port and is still in GREAT shape, NO scratches.

Peripheral Connections: Includes Two USB 2.0 ports, One S-Video port, One microphone jack; One headphone jack and 2 PC card slots that accommodate two Type II or one Type III PC cards. The laptop also has a Built-in 56K v.90 Modem which sits side-by-side to the 10/100 Network Interface Card (NIC) on the back of the unit.

Audio: Provided by two speakers mounted just below the screen. Very good sound quality.

Keyboard: Full sized 85 keys with 12 function keys .

Weight & Size: Satellite 1905-S301 weights in at 8.3 lbs including the battery and is only 2.0 inches thick.

I used this laptop my first year of college (which I really only used to write term papers and for music) This is in good shape, just one small scratch on the outside. All you need is the recovery discs and possibly a fan because when it get to hot they tend to shut off as a safety mech. but they make a better fan to avoid this (was never really a problem for me).

This laptop was $2200 new! Also, there is a the power supply to the laptop included and the battery.

Also have a 42 inch HD plasma TV, bought 2months ago at circuit city for 2500 plus i got the 5 yr warranty $500. Its a panasonic in perfect condition no scratches, great sounds and picture. Asking 2200 obo...no low ballers on this.
