I'm running Advan neovas ad07 - you can hear a little sqealing but they are overall pretty quiet even when getting sideways. I'm from Seattle BTW, but I do spend time in socal about once a month.

 

Awesome video, i loved the camera in the stands as you blow by that straight.

there is lots of stuff going on (almost every week), but the challange is that as the sewasn progresses there are less events for first-timers. I'll keep an eye out though.
