Snow 1/10 - 1/11/07

Hey is it just me out on the roads or has anyone else been having some fun. I'm super impressed on how well this car handles the snow with the sport tires. My STi did good with cooper tires but I think the evo beats it hands down.

Snow is fun if you like to drift around a little bit. Parked it today though to many people on the roads.

What Cooper tires do you use with the STI? I've been using Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50's in 235/45/17 on my EVO.

Actually, I find there are LESS people on the road today. However, a lot of them are those that THINK they can drive in the icy cold snow. It was pain getting to work as I had no choice but to follow drivers as they creeped their car along at a snails pace. They occupied ALL the lanes! At least traffic is up to speed on the main and only road in front of work now.

You guys should've been driving at 11pm last night. I was flying along at 60 mph with snow on the ground and snow coming down on 405 and 522. That was a boat load of fun. I got stuck just before Monroe behind some guy doing 25 mph but aside from that, that was just too much fun.

There's a small cabin as well on the land where we used to spend every weekend during the summer just drinking at night and driving around during the day. Went up quite frequently during the winter when there was snow as well. Good times. I want to go back with my Evo.

Oh the fact Paul's dad grew up in Norway doesn't hurt either. He immigrated to the US as a college student and never forgot the fun he had in the snow. His dirt plot is one of his many "toys."
