4th Annual February Drive
4th Annual February Drive
As many know every year the SRT community puts together a spirited drive in Feb. 2007 will be no different. What is different is our route. Those of us that have done the drive year after year decided it was time to change things up. Everyone is invited. All we ask is everyone comes with a good additute and drives with respect to other motorists.
Here are the details:
Date: 24 FEB 2007 (Saturday)
no test and tune that day at Pac raceway
Time: 9:00 AM at the start point.
Location: Mcdonalds at the I-5 and 512 intersection. Exit 127
http://maps.yahoo.com/index.php#mvt=...7.162831&mag=3
Destination: Pacific Beach, WA
Schedule:
Depart 9:30 to Aberdeen
70 miles 1 hour 30 minutes
http://maps.yahoo.com/;_ylc=X3oDMTEx...7.069187&mag=9
Meet anyone from the South at the Mcdonalds at Aberdeen 11:00
eat if ya wanna
depart 11:30 to pacific beach
33 miles, 45 min-1 hour
http://maps.yahoo.com/;_ylc=X3oDMTEx...7.093267&mag=7
Arrive at the beach around 12:30
Place has a very nice beach that you can drive down on right up to the water. Its a nicer town then Ocean shores but its not full of fast food and other bigger place type crap. No sea gulls like ocean shores is a huge plus.
We go home when we feel like going home.
If you want to turn it into a poker run then I say we play for cash this year since we will have different types of cars with us. Spread the word to other forums and lets see what kind of crowd we can raise. I say $5 bucks a car. First card at the Lakewood Mcd's, 2nd and 3rd card at the Aberdeen Mcds,
4th card at Pacific Beach and the last card back at the Aberdeen Mcd.
Winner take 70%
runner up take 30%
Thoughts and who is intrested.

Well thats too bad.
NW Evolution has come to this drive in the past, as well as many other things we have done together. If you will let the actions on a few drivers be the judge of the SRT community then that is your decision and You will be missed. Personally I judge people one at a time I dont let the actions of one (EVO)driver like during the NW TOY RUN affect how I look at a group.

Whoa that's a pretty far drive. Have fun you guys and don't let those BOV check douche bags in a SRT ruin it for the rest of the guys. I've met many very cool and level headed SRT guys.
Dood, if you get an SRT-4 (which they don't produce anymore) say its for your wife cause its like a chicks car, they may deny it but its still a Neon
Sorry I don't mean to rag on your thread, I had nothin but sour experiences with them. Cutting me off showing that their neon is so much more fast and furious then the Evo, revin their engines to show that the moterboat sounding exhaust is cooler then mine, doing ricer fly byes, etc.
You seem like a cool guy though, good luck to those who decide to go. I personally dispise the cars now from my experiences with their drivers and that its... a neon.

A few bad drivers always spoil the view of people towards a certain group of cars. Are there any evo's going on this trip? Was this a srt organizied event? I have a few big turbo srt buddies, gt30r, 50 trim guys I roll with, maybe I will ask them.
