Wow I was up at Mission and I was the only Evo I saw a couple of bellingham guys up last year, anyone here? Track was ok at best, but I was still 3rd fastest sport compact and 15th fastest out of 225 cars total.

 

bellingham...i miss washington...we used to live in whidbey island and went to the mall in bellingham a lot when we were there. no evo's in those times then..lol!

 

Yea definetely a few more around now. Whenever you bring an evo over the border you are still a celebrity. I guess they are getting the X next year though.

 

there are about 10-12 evos in bham that i've seen in the past couple months n have seen them a few times. but i guess they are not on here

i havn't taken my car to the track yet n even if i do its gonna be a road course instead of drag.

 

Hey... I haven't spent much time on here (or in the evo for that matter) in the last few months, but I'll see if I can make it.

Also, where I have a bunch of Bellingham people here, they're cracking down on "No front plate" tickets. Don't ask how I know . No fix-it ticket or anything. Just $194.

Anyhow, just thought I'd let everyone know.

My evo has never had a front plate on it (almost 2 years). I had an integra before that and never had a problem either. Then this:

Someone actually showed me the article and I kinda blew it off. I hadn't had one so long, plus ( and I know it shouldn't make a difference, but it does) I'm not just a kid in a fast car, I'm a little older so I just wasn't worried.

Got pulled over just for the front plate. Not speeding or anything else. Just the plate. ARGH!!! Based on my experience and the article, I'm 99% sure they were told no Fix-it's either.

 

who all here is meeting up if enough interest is here then i will get the Oak harbor evos to meet up too
